Wayne Gretzky Autographed Vintage Throwback Blue CCM Edmonton Oilers Jersey

The 1987 Stanley Cup Finals were one of the most remembered Stanley Cup Finals in NHL history.  The re-match of the 1985 Stanley Cup Finals where the Edmonton Oilers beat the Philadelphia Flyers 4-1 were expected to have a similar result in 1987.  The Oilers were heavy favorites with a star studded roster including future hall of famers Mark Messier, Jari Kurri, Glen Anderson, Paul Coffey, Grant Fuhr, and Wayne Gretzky.  With a team and an offense that was considered by many to be the greatest of all time Wayne Gretzky led both teams with 11 points in the series and a team leading 34 points throughout the playoffs.  It was Gretzky’s assist to Jari Kurri with 14:59 left in the second period of Game 7 which put the Edmonton Oilers ahead for good en route to the Oilers 3rd Stanley Cup title in the last 4 seasons.

This jersey is the same model and style as those worn by the 1987 Edmonton Oilers.  This Vintage Throwback CCM jersey is autographed by Wayne Gretzky. Gretzky’s signature was witnessed by an Upper Deck representative as part of UDA’s 5-step authentication process.
